- Tickets are non-refundable and the date cannot be changed. Click here for details.
- The Sunflower Trail opens in all weathers, however we can flexible on the time you enter if coming a bit earlier or later on the same day helps avoid a rain shower.
- Tickets are required for all people entering: adults and children (except infants aged under 18 months).
- There is no limit on how long you spend on the Sunflower Trail - most people take 15 - 20 minutes.
- Dogs are not permitted in the Sunflowers.
- Accessibility for prams and wheelchairs is possible but tricky in dry conditions. The paths are bumpy dirt tracks making it tiring work. Accessibility following wet weather cannot be guaranteed.
- Children must be closely supervised at all times by an adult, who is responsible for their behaviour. Families must stay together and keep to the pathways.
- The Sunflower Trail is a peaceful walking route within the sunflower field. It is not a maze and there are no children's activities inside. Click here to read about our child-friendly Maize Maze.
- It is not permitted to conduct a professional photo shoot inside the Sunflower Trail. Professional photographers must email us in advance to enquire about booking exclusive access to our photography area.
