A small Christmas Cake hand-made by Williams bakery in Lancashire.
Made using only the finest vine fruits and mouth-watering cherries, the cake is left to soak in apricot wine, making it sumptuously rich. It's topped with marzipan and icing, then carefully wrapped by hand.
Measuring 6cm x 8cm x 8cm, the cake weighs 380g and will feed 2 - 4.
